Formed over 15 years ago, at Onform we believe that great commercial spaces are built on trust, quality, and a hands-on approach. As a proud family-run business, we bring a personal touch and a deep sense of care to everything we do, specialising in high-quality signage, seamless interior fit-outs, and reliable property maintenance.
We created Onform to give our clients a single, dependable partner for the entire lifecycle of their physical spaces. Whether we are building out a brand new retail offering, installing corporate sky signage 150m in the air, or keeping your existing property in top condition, we bring structure, clear communication, and a sharp eye for detail to every stage of the process.

Office Admin
Ros is the linchpin that keeps our workplace running smoothly. With a calm approach and a keen eye for detail, she ensures that our administrative systems are as organised as they are efficient. Ros is the friendly face of our operations, dedicated to supporting the team and creating an environment where everyone can do their best mahi.
Outside of the office, Ros embraces the peaceful pace of rural life in Pukekohe, with sheep and chickens. Her greatest joy is her whānau, and she cherishes every moment spent with her five grandchildren. Guided by her Christian faith, Ros brings a sense of purpose, kindness, and community spirit to everything she does.


John Percival
Site Manager
As our Site Manager, John is the one on the ground ensuring that every project is safely executed to the highest standard. With a focus on practical solutions and clear communication, he manages our sites with the same dedication he brings to his personal pursuits—always keeping things moving forward and ensuring the team stays on track.
John is a true enthusiast of the outdoor life. When he isn’t on-site, you’ll likely find him testing out his latest hobby, drone fishing, or tending to his garden. John’s loyalty lies with the Dolphins, though he’s always happy to get behind the Wahs when they’re in winning form. Whether he’s navigating a complex build or waiting for a catch, John brings a steady hand and a great sense of humour to the task.

Established in 1999 by Trevor Webber, the business has grown into a well-rounded signage powerhouse, known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability. With decades of experience, Sterling Signs partners with many household brands to bring their visual identity to life, offering end-to-end solutions from design and manufacture through to installation, all with a sharp eye for detail and lasting impact.

RAMGRO
RamGro is a native plant nursery based in Puni, Pukekohe, purpose-built to support our commercial landscaping projects. We specialise in growing hardy, high-quality native plants suited to local conditions, ensuring every project we deliver starts with strong, reliable stock. From large-scale developments to tailored landscape solutions, RamGro is where our planting begins, grown with care, built to last.

RAMCO
Ramco is our in-house e-commerce brand, built around practical solutions we design, manufacture, and wholesale directly to the trades. When we can’t find the right product to solve a problem, we take matters into our own hands and create it ourselves. The range spans from innovative gear for tradespeople working at heights through to high-quality Samsung LED solutions, all developed with a focus on performance, reliability, and real-world application.

Reform Your Space is an Auckland-based specialist in commercial fitouts and workplace refreshes, transforming tired environments into spaces that feel sharp, functional, and ready for business.
